Convenient, reusable, sturdy and heavy duty construction chafing rack that fits one 20″ pan or two 10″ half pans.

Has positions for two chafing dish burners that depending on which one you use, can burn for 1 to 6 hours.

Use this rack with one 20″ pan filled with 1.5 inch of water inserted into the wire rack directly over the burners and place your food pans inside the larger 20″ pan. The 20″ pan of water can fit one 20″ pan, or 2 10″ half pans. The burners, when lit, will heat the water and in turn provide an even warming heat to the food pans keeping your food at a safe temperature. Check the water level every hour to ensure it does not dry out.
